More precise parameterization of every detail, a more accurate and longer-lasting sole.

The classic evolution for podiatrists who use milled insoles: they enable a much greater degree of precision in setting stiffness parameters, without changing the way they approach fitting plans.

Settings are made directly in the XFlab application, intuitively and with respect for the gestures inherent in each current of podiatry.

TPU allows each podiatrist to implement his or her own style and decisions (to the nearest 10ᵉ of a millimeter) on models corresponding to each class of practice and type of pathology, with the practitioner having the freedom to modify each pre-setting ad infinitum.

Real added value: milling does not allow for variations in stiffness by zone

Uses: Open shoes | Posture problems | Elderly people | Worker protection

Technical data

Made from thermoplastic polyurethane powder, our insoles adapt to all types of footwear, following the natural shape of the foot for maximum comfort. Experience optimal cushioning while reducing pressure on feet and joints. XFeet insoles are designed to resist wear and tear while retaining optimum flexibility for a lightweight feel in every movement.

3D TPU insoles are customizable to the nearest 10ᵉ of a millimeter, with variable shore hardness (VSD) ranging from 30-70 A to 88-90 A, enabling us to respond to each patient's pathology according to weight and use. Recycled at 80%, our TPU insoles require no fastening system or covering.
